Partnership Working

Director Josh Stunell sits on the Local Criminal Justice Main Board, of which is Chaired by The Devon & Cornwall Police & Crime Commissioner-Alison Hernandz this gives us a great opportunity to influence, update and work with key criminal Justice stakeholders.

Josh also sits on The Clinks Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group which provides the key interface between the voluntary sector and the Ministry of Justice, in order to increase mutual understanding and build a strong and effective partnership. The group is made up of senior experts from the voluntary sector and meets quarterly with civil servants to provide guidance and feedback on MoJ policy developments. In addition, we also report directly to the Southwest reducing reoffending partnership that allows us to update and develop partnerships with key stakeholders.

Chloe, who is a project development manager, currently has a seat on:

  • The Local Criminal Justice Board within Devon/Cornwall.
  • Southwest women’s board.
  • The Community Sentencing Treatment Requirements strategic and operational boards.
  • The peninsula partnership board.
  • Revolving Doors Lived experience team.

Chloe’s role on these boards is two-fold, as a professional and as the voice of lived experience. These roles highlight our passion and commitment to improving things within the criminal justice system, to voicing the opinions and experiences of those in the system, and to demonstrate that rehabilitation is possible with the right support and environment.
