    HITS - Homeless In Teignbridge Support Food Bank 


    Homeless in Teignbridge Support works with homeless people and those in crisis and need in our community, throughout Teignbridge and in the more rural areas.     Path


    Path are an independent local charity based in Plymouth. Set up in 1995 to support people who are vulnerable to homelessness by providing a range of services from work to rough sleepers through to support for people to maintain their tenancies.

    CASSPLUS - Community Advice and Support Services. 


    CASSPLUS are a drop-in service located at Magistrates’ Courts in Plymouth, Cornwall (Bodmin/Truro) and Newton Abbot. They can provide support at court and/or help to signpost you into your local services and will stay in touch to help you to navigate your journey from prison to 

    communities. 


    They have strong links with criminal justice agencies and with local partners who deal with:

    • matters
